Andrew Grose is a Canadian comedy veteran with some of the most impressive
credentials in the industry. In addition to over 20 years of live performances in comedy
clubs, theatres and festivals he has made his mark on national television in Canada. His
credits include his own sitcom on The Comedy Network, a one hour Comedy Now
Uncensored Special on The Comedy Network, a half-hour Comedy Now special on C.T.V.,
a half-hour Comics! special on C.B.C., 3 Just For Laughs Television Galas and
appearances on CTV's The Vicki Gabereau Show, Open Mike With Mike Bullard, Help TV, 3
episodes of Comedy At Club 54, 3 Madly Off In All Directions and 6 C.B.C. Debaters.
In 2000, 2003 and 2007, Andrew took part in the Just For Laughs Canadian Comedy Tour
as well as The Just For Laughs Road Show joining some of the best comedians in the world
on tour. In 2003 Andrew entertained our Canadian military overseas in Afghanistan and
The United Arab Emirates.
In the last few years Andrew has appeared at Just For Laughs 8 times as well as the
Edmonton, Halifax, Moncton, St. John, Medicine Hat and Winnipeg Comedy festivals. He
was also the Mayor of Edmonton's choice to appear at the Mayors Celebration of the Arts
in 2010 and starred in the 2011 Calgary Stampede Grandstand Show. He is also the
Artistic Director for the Edmonton Comedy Festival.
Originally from Charlottetown, P.E.I. Andrew makes his home in Edmonton, Alberta where
he organized the Laughing For Cancer Benefit which raised over $1,000,000 for cancer
research and treatment in Alberta.
Andrew can be heard every weekday from 3 until 6 on Alberta's most listened to radio
station: 630 CHED where he co-hosts the Afternoon News.
